Returns & Exchange Policy

Faulty items

The procedures set out here to cancel an order or return an item do not affect your right to reject faulty goods. Further information can be found at
Please note that certain items cannot be returned unless TRM Clothing Ltd is at fault.
These items are: any product that has been specially made or specially ordered, or underwear.
If you do receive a faulty item, please follow one of the procedures below (or for faulty Special Order items please follow the returns procedure set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use section).

Returning an item

Goods must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and tags where applicable, and within the cooling off period. Tony Roche Menswear accepts no responsibility for any item lost in transit while being returned to us. Using registered post will provide at least partial insurance against any loss or theft, and will allow tracking and tracing of your item in the event of non-delivery to us.

If the item is in its original condition as shipped, we will process the refund or exchange for you.

  1. If you require a refund, please include the dispatch documentation originally enclosed with the item when delivered. We will credit your debit / credit card within 28 days.
  2. If you received the item as a gift, we will reimburse you with a sales voucher, to the value of the item. We will issue the sales voucher within 28 days.
  3. When returning any item please use registered post for tracking and tracing purposes.
  4. Please note that the above offer to refund is restricted to online purchases, and does not apply to purchases made in our store.

Returning a gift

Cash refunds for gifts can only be made to the payment card used to purchase the goods. If you buy a gift online, the recipient will not be able to get a refund if they want to return the item. If a recipient does want to return a gift, we will exchange it for a sales voucher to the value of the gift at the TRM Clothing Shop within the cooling off period.

Cooling off period

Except in relation to specially ordered product and specially made product, when you order from us online, you are entitled to a cooling off period when you can return your goods without any penalty. Our cooling off period is 28 days.

This period starts the day the contract is agreed (i.e. you receive an email from us saying we have dispatched your order) and ends 28 days after the day following delivery of the goods.

Cancelling an order before dispatch

If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it by emailing us. You will need to give as your name and address details, as well as your order number.

If you cancel part of an order, the postage and packaging charge is recalculated on the price of the items you keep. For example, if your order is for goods worth €70 and you then cancel an item worth €30, your order total will be below €50 and you will no longer qualify for free standard delivery.

Please place the item into its original presentation box with the original dispatch note and make sure that the parcel is sealed securely. If the item is in its original condition, we will refund you the value of the goods.
